The human brain's strength diminishes with age, and maintaining an optimal brain age around 20 requires consistent effort. Just as physical exercise benefits the body, mental training is essential for keeping the brain agile and healthy.
Our application offers daily and weekly exercises designed to stimulate and challenge the brain, supporting cognitive maintenance and improvement.
Available modes include:
<ul>
<li>Daily Training: Engage in simple calculation exercises daily to keep the brain active and responsive.</li>
<li>Weekly Training: Participate in the Stroop Test, which measures mental processing speed by assessing response times to colored text, providing insight into cognitive agility.</li>
</ul>
Quick Play allows users to perform warm-up tests before engaging in their regular training sessions.
The 'My Progress' feature enables users to track both daily and weekly performance metrics, facilitating monitoring of cognitive development over time.
Notifications are sent to remind users when new training sessions are available.
